ECHO Datacenter GmbH is ECHO's service provider, offering a globally accessible platform operating in Europe, North America, and the United Arab Emirates. As a managed hosting provider, we develop highly reliable cloud and business hosting solutions designed exclusively for our members, as well as for system integrators and companies throughout Europe.

With over 50 data center locations, we offer comprehensive colocation and managed cloud server infrastructures. These enable our customers to maintain a consistent and fast online presence. Furthermore, all of our data center locations are interconnected, enabling distributed server operations across different locations if needed.

Your tasks are:

  • Active acquisition and support of new customers as well as maintenance of existing customer relationships

  • Development and implementation of sales strategies to increase sales

  • Analysis of market trends and identification of new business opportunities

  • Preparation and presentation of offers and contracts

  • Close collaboration with the marketing and technical team to ensure high customer satisfaction

  • Regular reporting and analysis of sales figures

What you bring:

  • Completed commercial training or a comparable degree

  • Several years of experience in sales, ideally in IT or cloud services

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • High customer orientation and willingness to provide service

  • Independent and structured way of working

  • Confident use of MS Office and CRM systems

  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
